IPS e.max utilises either high strength zirconium oxide or high strength glass ceramic along with one single layering ceramic to deliver outstanding aesthetics and predictable shade matching even with difficult combination cases.

before
IPS e.max Press
  • Pressable technology delivering the ultimate in fit, strength and aesthetics
  • High strength glass ceramic ingot
  • 400MPa flexural strength
IPS e.max Ceram
  • A nano-fluroapatite layering ceramic
  • Can be layered onto the most commonly used zirconium oxide substructures i.e. Lava, Procera achieving predictable results

Authentic  Pressable Ceramic System

Authentic is the first ceramic system developed with all the advantages of the most commonly used techniques - PFM and Pressable Ceramic united in one, to achieve identical aesthetics in all lighting.
  •  Leucite reinforced glass-ceramic

  •  Produces very high levels of translucency and light diffusion

  •  Biocompatible

  •  56 ingots providing different levels of opacity and fluorescence for all dentine shades

  •  Highly accurate marginal fits make luting gaps virtually invisible

  •  Strength - 148 MPa

Indications

Full Ceramic                        -        Inlays, Onlays, Veneers & Crowns

(2nd bicuspid to 2nd bicuspid)

Metal reinforced                   -       Bridges & Crowns

Luting

For optimum results adhesive bonding techniques must be employed ie. Panavia FTC

This patient was restored with veneers for the centrals and full ceramic crowns for the laterals.

70% opacified SLAO++ ingots were selected to achieve the best results in the open approximal spaces.

  •  Lab requirements: Shade of underlying tooth + ultimate required shade

CERAMAGE Micro Ceramic Composite System

Ceramage is different from conventional composites because it is filled with 73% micro-fine ceramic, supported by an organic polymer matrix. This composition combines the advantages of ceramic and composite, making it suitable for metal-supported and metal-free anterior and posterior restorations.

Indications
  • Veneers
  • Inlays / Onlays
  • Occlusal faced restorations
  • Precision attachment work
  • Fully veneered crowns and bridges
  • Telescopic / Implant supported work

Harder than other light curing composites, extremely
resilient but considerably more elastic than ceramic.
Making Ceramage an excellent solution to durable posterior restorations.
Excellent - Flexural & compressive strength, abrasion resistance, aesthetics,
biocompatibility & polishability.

StickTech combines with CERAMAGE to produce Glass Fibre Reinforced Composites

FRC - for minimally invasive dental care.

FRC Indications

Anterior & posterior temporary, transitional and long term application
Post & Core
Crowns
Bridges:
  • Surface retained
  • Hybrid (combination of inlay, onlay, surface or full crown retainers)

Stick Tech

Perfect alternative to metal - free restorations
  • Unsurpassed biocompatibility
  • Translucent oxide layer allows for a vital, highly aesthetic restoration
  • Compatible with all porcelains, including Authentic pressable ceramic
